Reports: Manchester City to bring in youth players from Chelsea, Tottenham, and Southampton

Three players from Manchester City’s youth system are supposedly close to signing with the club in the next weeks. Last year, the Premier League winners defeated Leeds United 4-0 in the FA Youth Cup final, solidifying their status as one of the top youth development centers in the nation. Pep Guardiola’s City youth team is led by stars like Oscar Bobb, Rico Lewis, and Phil Foden, but the club has produced many standouts who have played for other teams, such as Cole Palmer, Romeo Lavia, and Jadon Sancho.

City will search overseas to recruit juvenile sensations, but they are always trying to develop young talent in-house. The Blues are reportedly nearing deals with three teenagers in transfer window.

According to Romano, the team will also be getting Han Willhoft-King, who just left Tottenham Hotspur. The defensive midfielder has made 35 appearances for Spurs’ Under-18 team and is about to sign a two-year deal at Etihad.

In conclusion, Harrison Miles is reportedly near to joining City following the expiration of his contract with Southampton, according to The Athletic. The Saints’ Under-21 player, who is just 15 years old, turned down interest from Arsenal before deciding to join Manchester United.

City, meantime, has not added any senior players this summer, even though rumors have it that Savio’s transfer is finalized. Even though they passed on Bruno Guimarares’ £100 million buyout clause, the Blues may make another move for the midfielder later in the current transfer window.
