Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports that many league executives have expressed the opinion that Reddick could be moved in the future. According to one executive, the Jets will not recoup their conditional third-round pick from 2026—the asset they traded for Reddick.

After the Fowler report surfaced, The 33rd Team proposed four clubs that might be interested in Reddick. In addition to the Detroit Lions, the Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears, and Tennessee Titans were all part of that group.

The Titans might be interested in trading for Reddick because they need help at defensive end.

Harold Landry is a good starting edge rusher for Tennessee, but Arden Key is too erratic, and the team doesn’t have any viable backups.

Bringing in Reddick would make the Titans’ pass rush the strongest right away. He has had 11 sacks or more in every of the last four seasons. Together with Landry, he would be an incredible asset to the Titans.
Paying Reddick might be the biggest obstacle; he will likely need to sign a new deal before any team is willing to sign him.

Signing Reddick to a multi-year deal isn’t hazardous because he is young enough (he will turn 30 on September 22) and we know he can produce enough to justify a large contract.

A deal including Reddick appears to be exactly what general manager Ran Carthon has been looking for after his aggressive offseason. Once again, the Titans will have plenty of cap space to deal with in the upcoming offseason. According to Over the Cap, Tennessee will have an incredible $73.9 million to work with in 2025.

If Reddick becomes available, the Titans could theoretically trade for him if they had the financial wherewithal and the desire to do so.
