ESPN: ”This is what you could have done all along,” 49ers’ Kyle Shanahan reacts to QB Brock Purdy best decision to…..

For the San Francisco 49ers this season, the playoffs mark the end.

Three Reasons why the 49ers Will Defeat the Dolphins

This week locking in to confront and beating the Miami Dolphins could be challenging. Losing this game and the rest of them this year is most likely better for the 49ers to raise their draft ranking. Still, this team will be striving to win and put on intense effort. The 49ers will outplay the Dolphins for three reasons here.

Brock Purdy’s matchup is good.
The Dolphins’ run defense is among their somewhat rare strong points. The 49ers will probably rely more on Brock Pundy and the passing attack as rookie Isaac Guerendo is out with a hamstring. That will work since Purdy has a strong matchup. Miami’s defense prefers to play a lot of zone coverage, which Purdy excels against. Seeing man-to—-man defense won’t cause him excessive concern.

This season the Dolphins have covered two at the fifth-highest NFL rate—24.0 percent. Third in the league, Purdy has averaging 9.2 yards per attempt against cover 2 this season. Long as Deebo Samuel isn’t force-fed the ball again, Purdy, Jauan Jennings, and George Kittle should have a great game.

The quarterback is Tua Tagovailoa.
Ever considering the Dolphins as a menacing attack is quite challenging. Yes, they feature Tyreek Hill, De’Von Achane, and a returning Jonnu Smith. Still, the quaterback is Tua Tagoivailoa. To restrict the ability of those three talented players, he can be easily disturbed and confused.

Tagovailoa threw three really poor interceptions last week. From Tagovailoa, the 49ers are good for at least one forced error. Particularly if the pass rush can truly have an impact for once, they can confuse him and drive him into such terrible decisions. Tagovailoa is always a horrible decision waiting to happen either way.

The 49ers are regrouping.
Officially sunk after the 49ers fell to the Rams last week was making the playoffs. But in that loss was a tremendous occurrence. De’Vondre Campbell stopped on them when most needed. The 49ers responded quite strongly from that. It has served as a gathering point really even if there isn’t much left to play for.

For the 49ers, Campbell quitting serves as a temperature check. The playoffs are a lost cause, hence they are not likely to quit like Campbell. Now is the time they will be playing for pride and witnessing who truly is there for one other. The 49ers also look to have a lot of pent-up energy ready to release this week.
