Breaking: “This is the end for me” Raven’s Derrick Henry in tears as he announces his…..

One of the most crucial games of the Baltimore Ravens’ season is under preparation. Baltimore is 9-5 going into Week 16; the squad is just one game behind the Steelers in the AFC North division run. Should the Ravens defeat the Steelers on Sunday, it might help to guarantee a division championship.

Ravens OC reveals how T.J. Watt’s injury status impacts Week 16 preparation

Steelers defender T.J. Watt’s injury status can have X-factor in this game. Assuming he will play, Ravens OC Todd Monken remarked his team will be getting ready all week

“It doesn’t really change for us,” Monken said on Wednesday in response to Watt’s injury status question. We presume [T.J. Watt] will play. Should he not, it is very simpler. Therefore, instead of presuming he won’t, you react when he doesn’t. We will expect him to participate, and I have little doubt he will.

The Ravens have taken a wise line here. Assuming the Steelers will be at the height of their ability can help you be ready for them. Pittsburgh’s defense is far less frightening if he does not play.

Watt missed Tuesday’s practice and only participated somewhat on Wednesday. Given Watt’s ability to train at all on Wednesday, there is actual likelihood he plays on Sunday. Watching this game—with or without T.J. Watt—will be highly interesting.

Though Josh Allen is currently the flashy MVP candidate, that should not diminish Lamar Jackson.

The Ravens quarterback is showing an amazing 2024 performance. Fellow NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers made extra effort to compliment Jackson during his weekly appearance on The Pat McAfee Show.

“Can we simply not gloss over what [Lamar Jackson] is doing?” Rodgers urged McAfee and the rest of his on-air crew. “He certainly has, I believe, 34 touchdown passes. And simply, three [interceptions], I think. He is also courting the all-time single-season passer rating record. From a person who was merely a runner, this is You know, he can just sprint. Right, that’s all he can do.

Rodgers is right to call Jackson a passable player. If he does not win MVP, it would be unexpected since he is enjoying one of the best seasons of his career throwing the football.

“I love watching Lamar play and love to see his continuous development and how he alters the game,” Rodgers said. “He is obviously quite active, but he has lately become really a top passer of the football. Let’s not just brush over this; he’s had an absurd year.

Jackson is the heart and soul of the Ravens even if he does not take MVP. The Ravens next have a big Week 16 game against the Steelers. In a few weeks the champion might stroll away carrying the AFC North trophy.
