After a successful performance in the Summer League, Dowtin was able to make his formal return to the 76ers. After achieving a similar level of success in Salt Lake City, where he averaged 12 points and 5.3 assists a game, he went on to achieve the same level of success in Las Vegas, where he averaged 17.3 points and six assists per game.

Despite the fact that he will be under a two-way contract, this does not rule out the possibility of him securing a more significant role or deal in the future.
