Following a 1-5 start to the 2024 season, Florida State is currently in the second half of the season with six games remaining. During the month of October, head coach Mike Norvell is looking for solutions. In order to gain momentum, the Seminoles have resorted to younger players, and they will be playing Duke on Friday night.

The updated depth chart that the Seminoles used for the match against the Blue Devils revealed that there were changes made to the offense, defense, and special teams. Brock Glenn, the quarterback for Florida State, is now the only player named as a starter, and Lawayne McCoy, a true freshman wide receiver, is listed as participating in the game.

Additionally, backups Bryson Estes and Keiondre Jones are a part of Florida State University’s offensive line, which is comprised of redshirt freshman Andre’ Otto and sophomore Jaylen Early.

Robert Scott, a senior redshirt, has been shifted from the position of backup left tackle to the team’s backup right tackle. There have been some small adjustments made to the defense, including the removal of DJ Lundy from deep spots and the addition of Omar Graham Jr. and Justin Cryer as co-starters. Samuel Singleton has made the transition from Deuce Spann to the position of kick returner for special teams.
