On Friday, the injury report for Sunday’s game at Soldier Field classified both Darnell Wright and Braxton Jones as out.

Their knees are hurting. Wright has missed the entire week due to his injury suffered last week in last week’s loss to the Cardinals, but Jones was on the mend and participated in limited practice on Thursday following a missed practice on Wednesday.

Jones sat out last week as well.

If they weren’t there, Larry Borom and maybe Jake Curhan would start at tackle.

Due to guard Ryan Bates’ return from injured reserve and a full week of practice, the Bears have the option of starting Matt Pryor at tackle. His participation in the game is uncertain. By starting Bates, they would be able to avoid using Curhan and reposition Pryor from right guard to either right or left tackle.

. Kiran Amegadjie (calf) and Jaquan Brisker (concussion) are the other players ruled out for the match.

Noah Sewell (linebacker) and Darrell Taylor (defensive end) are both doubtful with knee injuries. When compared to Sewell’s limited practice on Friday, Taylor’s lack of work on Friday—following restricted sessions on Wednesday and Thursday—may make the doubtful categorization seem less favorable.
