After suffering a setback to the Washington Commanders by a score of 21–18 on Sunday, the New York Giants are currently in the midst of yet another unimpressive beginning to the season. They have an overall record of 0–2 in the season.

Although the offense was able to find its footing in Week 2, it was not enough to achieve a victory. This was due to the fact that they had failed to score a touchdown in their season-opening game against the Minnesota Vikings.

During their loss on Sunday, the Giants made some awful history in the National Football League. According to Jeff Kerr of CBS Sports, New York became the first team in the history of the national football league to score three or more touchdowns in a game without allowing a single touchdown to be scored against them, but still lose the game in regulation.

A total of two touchdown passes were completed by Daniel Jones, and he did not throw any interceptions during the game. Despite the fact that the defense prevented Jayden Daniels and the Commanders’ offense from scoring, the Giants allowed seven field goals to be scored against Washington.

Austin Seibert was responsible for all 21 points, as he was perfect seven out of seven.

There has never been a team in the history of the game that has lost in such a manner, and the frustrated headset spike that Brian Daboll made at the end of the game most likely encapsulates the sentiments of all Giants supporters after the game.
