A total of seventeen snaps were taken by the former All-Pro wide receiver in the first game of the season, which was played against the Chicago Bears. During that game, he took only one reception for eight yards. According to head coach Brian Callahan, however, it is anticipated that he will have a more significant impact this week when the team plays the New York Jets offence.

Callahan was quoted as saying, “Still be mindful of what we’re asking as he gets in shape and starts to feel better and better,” and this feedback was relayed by team reporter Jim Wyatt. In spite of this, I believe that his role is growing. It is recommended that he engage in additional practice and that his involvement in the practice be expanded. Should have a much more positive outlook on his current situation compared to the previous Sunday.

Hopkins, who is 32 years old, was not included on the initial injury report that the team put out, which is a positive indication that his recovery from a ruptured medial collateral ligament (MCL) that he sustained in late July is either finished or very near to being finished.

The addition of Hopkins to the Titans offence provides them with an additional dimension that they would not have had if he were inactive. Even after twelve years of playing in the National Football League, Hopkins is still able to compete with some of the top receivers in the league. Additionally, this indicates that he will be facing some challenging cornerback matchups during the season, including this weekend’s game against Sauce Gardner, a great player for the Jets.

There is a possibility that the conclusion of the game will be determined by the clash between Hopkins and Gardner. We anticipate that the Titans will have a very good chance of winning the game if Hopkins is able to recover from his recent setback and have a productive performance against the Jets. If, on the other hand, things go the other way and Hopkins has a difficult time gaining yardage, the Titans will have a difficult time attempting to secure the victory.

Although they have other weapons that can assist, the Titans are nevertheless overjoyed that he will be playing against the Jets. They are looking forward to his presence.
