The Philadelphia Eagles have rewarded another star player with a four-year contract extension following his extraordinary postseason performance.

It seems like the end of the world was near for Philadelphia at one point.

Going into their Week 5 bye, the Philadelphia Eagles had a lot of doubts after starting the season 2-2. All of those questions have been addressed by Philadelphia ever since.

The Eagles are currently 10-2 and in first place in the NFC East after beating the Ravens on Sunday afternoon. It has been eight games in a row for Philadelphia. Because the Washington Commanders, who are in second place in the division, are presently 8-5, the Eagles have some breathing room at the top.
The Eagles’ fortunes have taken a dramatic turn for the better. A little better health for Philadelphia was a huge boon. Earlier in the season, head coach Nick Sirianni’s future was the most talked-about topic in the football media. Could he lose his job? Could Bill Belichick, a legend with the New England Patriots, step in and take his place?

Despite the media’s harsh criticism, he has been instrumental in turning the team’s fortunes around, and they are once again appearing to be Super Bowl contenders. No matter how many times people disagree with his decisions, he always comes out on top. In terms of winning percentage among NFL head coaches, he is now in the fifth spot. Not only that, he has surpassed Belichick, Andy Reid, and Don Shula.

After beating the Ravens, the Eagles made some history, and they just keep winning games. According to John Clark of NBC Sports Philadelphia, Sirianni is in good company—Philadelphia has been winning 10-2 or more for three years in a row.
